Sunday's SASCA event cohosted with Spokes was a good time. Surface is large, light poles but easily avoided and sealed asphalt. One section was a little wavy causing some bottoming for fast cars but otherwise a pretty fun course.
Entertainment consisted of numerous long, lazy spins right after the first turn from the start. Unfortunately, a Subietard waited longer than anyone else to give it up and smacked the curb and chainlink fence. Didn't see how long it took for him to give it up but saw the impact. Sucked!
Weather was cold in the morning and perfect in the afternoon with the exception of the wind blowing.
Only the fourth ever SASCA event for me and the first one I came away not swearing to never return. It was run very well for a newer site!
