Clearing out the shop and have a bunch of old scrubs, stock BMW wheels & tires we've accumulated from various buildups, and some other oddball stuff we paid too much money for but haven't used. Everything shown below is "Free-nintey-free". We refuse to ship these for any price - you have to come get them. Please call the shop line to check on what is left before driving to our shop (located in Fairview - between McKinney and Allen). We're here 9-6pm weekdays, 972-542-1249. Thanks!
First up: 1 (one) well used Yokohama Advan Neova AD07 in 265/35/18, 180 treadwear (well, maybe 3 years ago when it was molded). Why only one? Well its a long story, but hey, its free. Its not fresh, its not going to break any track records, but maybe you can use it for mock-up purposes - maybe to test this popular race tire size on your car before you dump real money on a new wheel/tire combo? Who knows? We just want it gone.
Next up: Two (2) Kumho V710 R compound race tires in 295/40/17. We paid ~$100 each for these gigantic tires ~2 years ago but they're just too tall for anything we use. Treadwear 30, and probably with some fast rubber left on these (3/32") if you can find a car/wheel that could use them. Come get them!
Next: One (1) set of 17x8" MSW aluminum wheels that fit a BMW E36, mounted with the oldest set of Falken tires we've ever seen. Only used for rolling around our Alpha car when it was getting painted, so the custom "whitewall" painted tire look is just icing on the cake. Comes with matching center caps. We got these for free from a BMWCCA member and they're going for free to the next lucky sap.
Lastly, two (2) sets of OEM 15" BMW E36 aluminum "Bottlecap" wheels & tires + one steel OEM spare. First set of 4 has some ancient, dry rotted BFG R-1s mounted on them. This set of tires is absolute crap, but the wheels look good (this set came from the Alpha car build, WAAAAY back when). Second set came off another E36 LS1 donor car (Beta) and has some deeply treaded but slightly dry rotted street tires on them. Bonus - the wheels all look round and the tires mostly hold air! We want them gone, baby, gone.
L: BMW Bottlecaps with R1s. C: BMW Bottlecaps with stock tires. R: Steel spare with tire
If we cannot find a home for these wheels/tires within a week they are off to the big tire pile in the sky...
Thanks!
