Occasionally we get asked if we can make a version of one of our camber plates with longer studs.
We use the the longest version of the fully threaded bolt in the correct specifications we can find for most of our camber plates.
If you need to install a strut brace with thick flanges, or a thick strut top spacer, you might be able to use the OEM extended nuts that BMW used on the factory 1M/M3 brace. Those nuts reach down inside the strut bar ends and grab the shorter threaded studs of the stock top mounts or our camber plates. You will have to open up the holes in the end of the strut bar so the extended part of the nut will fit in them. This works with any of our camber plates that use M8 studs.
