The final tweaks to the E36 LS1 transmission crossmember are done. Putting it on the ground with 17x8" wheels sure makes a difference! This car looks mean...
We've now built and shipped several sets of prototype SpecE30 camber plates with newly machined parts, built 2 sets of prototype E30 motor mounts (for a dealer/tester and GRM's SpecE30 project), and received our new Polyurethane E36 motor mount inserts.

Those look so GOOD! Just added to shopping cart last night (plus lots of new product pictures, receiving all manner of parts, etc).
The ceiling repairs were finally completed on Saturday, and they patched more than I thought even needed it. Good work, for once. Lots of other repairs finally knocked out, too.

The patches have since been painted after those pictures above were taken. Looks perfect, finally. Tons of organization on little parts also completed.

Friday night was nuts - worked from 6 pm until 3:30 am getting orders shipped and finishing repairs/prep work on our silver M3. Replaced a Crank Pos. Sensor, then welded on a new 3" Flowmaster 3-chamber at around 2 am - sounds GOOD on the little six and I can't wait to try them on an LS1 BMW.

A set of 17x9 LTWs showed up late Friday in a new color (shadow chrome!) and we got them mounted with some new Kumho VictoRacer R compounds that evening. We trailered the M3 out to Mineral Wells on Saturday and the new tires paid off - we had the 4th and 5th fastest times for the day, in a less prepared car than the 3 faster cars (I've got a million excuses!).

Sunday we installed newly arrived AST coil-over kit and camber plates + shock mounts onto Jason's EVO, for testing. The spring rates chosen and Vorshlag specified valving worked WONDERS for this car - it not only handles better and lowered 1.25", it rides better than stock! This bodes well for our multi-pallet shipment of AST coil-overs that is at the Port of Houston clearing customs tomorrow. :]

Jason was digging pizza out from the wheelwells - he ran over a hot pie! edit: check the pictures - the AST coil-overs saved 6 pounds per corner up front! About half of that is unsprung weight. Quite a nice bonus.
Re-arranged the shop so we could get back to work on the LS1 car! Hanchey got some 1-7/8" hose so we can mock up this larger primary size before getting the car to the header fabricator. The Goodridge hydraulic parts showed up so we can tackle the ABS relocation and brake replumbing this week - we checked and the '95 M3 uses a 3 channel ABS system, which will be infinitely easier to retrofit, and should work more than fine. Final driveshaft measurement, modifications to the shifter handle, and preliminary wiring work are also slated for this week and next. AST shipment arrival and pick-up will keep us jumping all week as well. We need more stuff to do.
