OFFICE MANAGER - PLANO, TX

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing our dealer network - This includes taking and submitting orders as well as invoicing the customers and printing shipping labels.
- Answering calls
- Documenting processes
- Handling day-to-day operations
- Managing an e-commerce store

Key attributes include but are not limited to:

- Attention to detail - You will be responsible for running daily operations and documenting processes.
- Self Motivated - The most over used term, but in a small business you must be able to work with little supervision and get things done. We expect results!
- Computer Skills - General computing and Office products will be used.
- Willingness to Learn - Our business is like very few others so you'll have to be willing to accept On The Job training.
